CRH5064 Portable HSI Crusher

The Cedarapids® CRH5064 HSI Portable Plant is equipped with the TI5064 Horizontal Shaft Impactor. This crusher uses a high strength, high inertia four bar rotor with a factory default configuration of two up and two down. It includes a heavy monoblock primary curtain and quick change impact bars for years of tough primary crushing. Hydraulic assist apron adjustment and overload protection are integrated for operational safety and control. The crusher is powered by a single 400 hp (300 kW) motor. A gas powered hydraulic crusher hood opening provides easy access during service. The feed system consists of a removable hopper module with AR400 steel sides and a capacity of 19 yd³ (14.5 m³). The offset hopper tapers to reduce bridging when processing slabby materials. Material flow is managed by a VGF6020 Vibrating Grizzly Feeder, measuring 60" x 20' (1524 x 6096 mm), a full 8" wider than previous feeders, and driven by a 40 hp (30 kW) motor. The feeder includes sloped, bolt in adjustable grizzly bars and a feed chute chain curtain to control material entry. The plant design provides a large, unobstructed feed and discharge area to optimize throughput. All components are engineered for durability and consistent performance in demanding primary crushing applications.
