Excel Machinery Ltd, an employee-owned company, has an exciting opportunity available in the Amarillo Area. We are an international company, and our primary customer base is in South America and the United States. This position is for a Parts Salesperson servicing the precious metal mines and aggregate producers’ industry. Most products/parts sold pertain to equipment utilized in rock crushers, screens, and conveyor systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Salesperson will utilize internet-based technology to order product either for stock or directly to sales orders for the customer. it is imperative that the Salesperson track and coordinate their sales from “cradle to grave”. The Parts Salesperson will assist’s the field sales/technical personnel in coordinating sales and service and be responsible for sending out invoices and tracking accounts receivables past due for their customers. In addition to serving our established customer base, the salesperson will make cold calls to produce new business and follow up on quotes and sales orders with customers.
This Parts Salesperson must be fluent in Spanish and be Customer focused. This position will require multi-tasking. It is incumbent on the Salesperson to prioritize, optimize and accomplish tasks efficiently. The salesperson must be able to handle fast-paced work situations that develop during customer “operations down” scenarios. Additionally, the Salesperson must be comfortable communicating and building strong, respectful working relationships with all levels of customer personnel. Person must be self-motivated and innovative in generating new sales attaining new customers and improving our business. The salesperson must possess basic computer skills as the position requires the use of computer-based business software, internet, email, etc…
